Medical Device Testers
International standards require the acute phase testing of stents, balloons, occluders, and delivery systems for particulate shedding. Dynatek has leveraged its world-class particulate analysis technology for assessing the particle-shedding behavior of these vascular devices.
Dynatek’s Stent and Vascular Prosthesis Tester utilizes a Hyper Drive linear motor to produce an adjustable bellows compression which allows for physiologically relevant stent loading conditions for up to 24 test samples from physiological to accelerated testing rates of up to 150Hz.
One test platform to test stent and graft samples regardless of their internal diameters. The UST’s powerful all-in-one platform gives you the productivity of four radial durability testers at slightly more than the price of one unit. To maximize your return and protect your investment, nothing beats the UST.
CDT-5 offers durability testing and real-time particle counts from coated and bare metal stents. The CDT-5 is an affordable particle counting stent tester for up to five stent samples, with the capability to count particles being shed by these stents in real time.
CDT-10 Coating Durability Tester
Dynatek’s patented Coating Durability Tester utilizes a Hyper Drive linear motor to produce an adjustable bellows compression which allows for physiologically relevant stent loading conditions for up to 20 test samples from physiological to accelerated testing rates of up to 150Hz.
The reason to develop a Fatigue to Fracture program is to ensure that your new product’s lifetime, reputation, and financial success. Fatigue to Fracture testing can predict the lifetime of your product. It can also identify locations of future failure and verify Finite Element Analysis (FEA) predictions.
The M6 can evaluate the widest range of heart valve-related devices
• Heart Valves
• Septal Defect Closures
• Artificial Heart Bladders
• Intra-aortic Balloons
• Transcatheter Valves
Particle-laden fluid from samples flow into the particle counters during testing, allowing the near real-time tracking of particulate shedding by each individual coated stent. Particles are sized in a range of 5 – 1,000 microns. Particle counts are digitally collected into ‘bins’ based upon size.
